We want you to be completely satisfied with your Liforme yoga equipment, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. If your mat or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused Liforme products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
